13. Subscription Policy

A. Subscription Overview

Jumpstart Guitar offers one-year subscription-based access to its online courses and materials. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing and renewal terms outlined below.

B. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Your subscription is billed upfront for a one-year period at the stated price.
Auto-renewal is optional—you will be notified before your subscription expires, and you may choose to renew.
If auto-renewal is enabled, your payment method will be automatically charged unless canceled before the renewal date.

C. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
If you cancel before the renewal date, you will retain access to the course until the end of the paid period.
Once your subscription expires, you will lose access to premium course content unless renewed.

D. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid year.
After your paid subscription term expires, your account will automatically lose access to premium content unless you manually renew.
You can update your payment details before the expiration date to restore automatic renewal.

E. Changes to Subscription Pricing

Jumpstart Guitar reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will only apply to future renewals and will not affect your current subscription period.
